Build Your Tote Storage Rack
Choose your tote size and how many bins you need. You'll see the finished size and a price right away. Racks are handmade and delivered in the Cincinnati area.
1. Built for the HDX 27 gal. tote
Every rack is built to fit the standard black-and-yellow HDX 27 gallon Tough Storage Tote (30.125″ deep × 20.125″ wide × 14.125″ tall with lid), sliding in lengthwise so the rack stays narrow.
Using a different tote? Request a custom quote instead.
2. How many wide and tall?
Pick how many totes wide and how many totes tall. Each tote is one space.
3. Options
I'll build to fit HDX 27 gal. totes. You supply the totes.
Add casters?
Locking swivel casters under the corner legs (adds 5″ to the height).
4. Delivery
Free delivery within 15 miles of 45230. $75 for 15–30 miles, $150 for 30–75 miles.

Rack sizes follow a proven 2x4 ladder-frame design: 2x4 legs and runners, flat 2x4 top and bottom boards, a 2″ gap between totes for the lids, and room for the tote lip to rest on the runners. Totes hang by their lip, so heavy loads belong on the bottom rows. Tall racks should be anchored to a wall stud. Delivery distance is measured in a straight line from 45230.
